Common Area Rental
$100/hr · evening $350 · weekend day $600The light-filled shared commons — desks, soft seating, and the kitchen — for team days, offsites, study groups, and small workshops. Holds up to 30 people.
- Weeknights after 7pm and all day Saturday & Sunday (weekday days belong to our members)
- High-speed Wi-Fi, shared kitchen and bathroom
- Free street parking; Strawberry Park and the Hidden Café across the street for breakouts
- Evening block (7–11pm) $350 · weekend day (up to 8 hours) $600 · hourly $100 with a 2-hour minimum
Conference Room Rental
$55/hr · $300/dayA quiet conference room overlooking the creek — fifteen feet from the front door — with a whiteboard and a large display. Seats 6 comfortably, 10 packed in. Book it by the hour for interviews and client meetings, or by the day for workshops and board meetings.

Event Hosting
From $650 · tell us about your eventPop-ups, workshops, launches, community nights, and rehearsals. The space carries a calm, creative energy — and when the weather's right, the event spills into Strawberry Park.
